“We enjoyed the comfort of a quiet house !!!”

“Great location, not far from some of the must sees in and out of the Chicago area. The backyard is awesome, it unfortunately snowed during our stay but during the summer months, you wouldn’t need to leave. The kids loved the themed rooms and all the Coca Cola things. Quiet neighborhood, owner was very responsive to questions, we would stay again!”

“Our stay in medinah was great. a lot of room, 2 clean bedrooms large open backyard for children , deck for adults with privacy and safe neighborhood with a lot to do in area . Most of all the host Jehu was the best host . he is helpful.we enjoyed our stay during our remodel to our home . Highly recommend. attentive when you need anything ”

“The house was great for my whole family (10) so that we could be together for my Daughter's graduation from Aurora University. And the place was large enough so that we could host our extended family for dinner. It was nice to have our "own" place”

“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”
