“We enjoyed this beautiful river home over the weekend with our adult children and their spouses as we were attending a wedding in Easton. It was about a 20 minute ride through cornfields and Eastern Shore countryside. The house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the peaceful Choptank River. We would definitely like to stay again”

“We loved our stay at Eaglehaven! We had 3 generations that enjoyed the expansive home. Plenty of fun table games, plenty of quiet nooks for napping and reading, plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful pool and yard! A well stocked kitchen was a bonus! ”

“The house is in good condition, comfortable, and well supplied. It's located just a few blocks from downtown and the waterfront park. In the back there's a shady, private sitting area. The owner is easy to communicate with on the VRBO app.”

Definitely a great spot to stay if you have an event in the vacinity. 4 min drive to Tide water inn. 20 mins from Cambridge.Also, loved to see that this is a pet friendly house. Will definitely come back and will bring our pups. Kitchen is awesome and it’s all in the complimentary details here. Host was responsive to our needs very quickly and flexible. ”

“What a dreamy place to enjoy a long holiday weekend with children and young grandchild! Old colonial house with modern wings accommodated three couples and a toddler effortlessly, and could easily have held more. The location is not to be believed, big lawn with a lovely pool looking out over Island Creek (which flows into the Choptank). Extremely quiet and private. Huge, well apppointed kitchen with a table that sat 10 was our main indoor congregating area. There was also a lot of privacy……

“This was by far the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed at. We ended up washing all the sheets and towels upon arrival. Found candy wrappers and an acrylic nail in the beds. Towels all looked dirty. Could see shoe tread marks in the bathroom area carpet. Washed those too. Island was sticky, window sills also very dusty. Smudge marks on glass sliding doors. Outsode grill area had leftover food from prior occupants & beer cans littered in back. Candy wrappers /candy stuck in shag area rugNeeds……

It is gorgeous. Beautifully furnished. Clean. Convenient location. Right on tbe River. All amenities. Add to that top notch, professional communication with the owner.. who was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Turnbridge Manor!! I will admit I am a little jealous that my friends……
