“We loved this place! There are 3 bedrooms. We had plenty of space in the living area. There is not a “full” kitchen, but there the air fryer/toaster oven combo was enough that we didn’t miss a stove or oven. It’s nice having a parking spot and easy to access the property. Would highly recommend ”

“Just as advertised! Very convenient location with easy walk to downtown. Patio area with table and chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning. Wonderful neighborhood with very friendly people. Good restaurants all around and, of course the Palace. Nice hosts that were easy to communicate . Didn’t meet them, but seemed liked really nice people. Would stay again !”

“The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. I am a pillow hound with a bad back though. ……

It made it easy to go to dinner and hang out with our son and his friends at the local establishments so we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving we walked everywhere! - We were celebrating his graduation from Embry Riddle! “The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority.”

“A very new and clean one bedroom, one bath apartment, above the garage of a beautiful home in the Prescott, AZ pines. Has a great view from the deck. We enjoyed the cool weather playing pickle ball at Pioneer Park, visited Whiskey Row downtown, golfed 9 holes in Dewey, AZ & had some great meals at Gurley Street Grill & Marino's Mob (highly recommend both). Lori was a great host and even supplied some decaf coffee at my request.”
