“The Boathouse at Moosehead offers stunning views of the lake and mountains. The property managers were extremely helpful, prompt, and kind, when we could not unlock the door the first night. The home is very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. There are many stairs, so guests should be able to walk up and down stairs. ”

“This was the second time I’ve stayed here. The first was last summer with my son for an ATV trip and this latest one I was by myself to visit family, friends and to do some snowmobiling. It’s the perfect place for all these activities. Right on the ATV/snowmobile trails and about 25 minutes from Moosehead Lake. The cabin was super clean and well stocked with the basic amenities and much more. Heidi was super responsive to my communications and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying……

“This rental was excellent! Very clean. Easy check in/check out process. Communication with host was great and response time was always less than an hour. We stayed for a vacation with friends. Nice fire pit and we enjoyed use of kayaks and canoe. Porch space was wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. One warning I will give for future renters is that you really cannot enjoy swimming. Lots of ducks and so much duck poo on the dock you could not walk on it. If you want to……

“We loved the location! Close to town, right on the lake! & big yard for the dogs! The deck was a bit sketchy we brought our boat. The camp was very rustic, close to ourdoorsy living as you can get! Comfy bedstamenities! ”

“This little cabin was perfect for my boyfriend, pup, and me. Had no trouble finding it, and it was right on the lake so we were able to do some ice fishing! Our sled broke down and Brad was nice enough to offer help/borrow tools to fix it! His dogs were adorable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this spot for a little getaway, we booked it last second and have no regrets. Thanks again Brad!!”

“Amazing views. I arrived after dark and the cabin was clean and well stocked. When I walked out in the morning the view was breathtaking. Although there are three places on this site, it was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend staying. Loved the pet friendly option as well. ”

“This duplex cabin was a great home base for our weekend ride- even though there was an event happening in our yard the host made it work. We were gone all day riding and they were packed up by the time we got back. Kitchens are stocked- if it wasn’t in one, you’d find it in the other! Towels- both bath and beach- were plentiful! Shampoo conditioner and body soap on site. It’s small but the waterfront deck gives plenty of room. Would be good for multiple couples or a smaller amount of singles.……
