“They need new maids the hotel staff is great they are all friendly and go out if their way for you but the rooms are not clean AT ALL! THEY NEED NEW MAIDS!!! The maids never asked us if we needed new rowels we had to ask and being them to them to get new ones the fridge had rhe same ice bag we had in it since the last time we were there and rhat was a momth ago (we like to stay in the same room ) HIRE NEW MAIDS RHAT ACTUALLY CLEAN AND MAKE IT CLEAN FOR PEOPLE TO STAY THERE .. “I travel a lot. And i must admit this is one of the best places i have had the pleasure to stay at. I had major house repairs being done and needed 3 rooms. One was for my elderly parents. Father is legally blind and mother is 88. Many morning i was unable to assist them with breakfast and they helped make sure they were taken care of . Rooms were clean and staff was awesome. Thank you ”
