“We had a wonderful 9 days in Cape Charles! The house has a very spacious and thoughful floorplan while giving us space together and apart. Although our group had 3 families, it felt like our home away from home and it had everything we needed for 5 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 16. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them and in making suggestions for the area. Being a native of The Shore, I loved the house's location as it was close enough to the beach and far enough away……

“Rockin rando was a awesome hoast very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions we had. The property was beautiful and the house was very cozy if you like fishing and crabbing this is your spot you will catch dinner. My little family had a awesome time and are booking again next summer. ”

“Highly recommended. I definitely plan on returning. Property was very clean, the house was perfect. It was spacious, the private dock was a huge plus. There is a big distance bewteen yourself and other neighbors and privacy was perfect. Two kayaks provided to go on the water, a nice grill, and a fire pit. Washer and Dryer are also on site which makes life so much easier. Showers were awesome. Complimentary wine was a plus!!!! Again highly recommended and we intend on visiting again”

“We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. ”

“We love the Eastern Shore and being on the bay! This is our 5th year, and 5th house and this was by far our favorite!!! Bay views for days!!! From sun up to sun down there was something to see or do! Very clean! Vintage charm with modern upgrades! Awesome "gameroom/pool house" that we hung out in when it rain! The kids favorite was the pool! We will be returning!!! ”

“Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. I will definitely book here again in the future ”

“Where to even begin with Sunset Dunes? My wife and I chose this rental to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we couldnt be more happy with that choice.
