The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. “We had a wonderful 9 days in Cape Charles! The house has a very spacious and thoughful floorplan while giving us space together and apart. Although our group had 3 families, it felt like our home away from home and it had everything we needed for 5 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 16. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them and in making suggestions for the area. Being a native of The Shore, I loved the house's location as it was close enough to the beach and far enough away……

“Beautiful location and owners provided everything needed to enjoy it. The water craft and fishing equipment were well kept with life jackets to fit all. Having bug spray available made it so we could go out and enjoy the outdoors. Check in was easy, and the space worked for us with three adults, three teens, and one younger (we did bring an extra air mattress to facilitate with that many big kids). We drove up to Chincoteague for one day and enjoyed the rental the other.”
