“This location worked well for our large group which comprised of 3 generations. The historic style of the home works well with the renovations which include strong WiFi, new appliances and plenty of high-tech flat screen televisions. The area was very quiet and near plenty of shopping locations. This was the perfect home for family time and bonding. The host was responsive to our questions and requests. “The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. The WiFi was not correct-the links that popped up were not in sync w/what was in the binder of info. When reached out to property manager for both entry inquiry and wifi, he was……

“You turn on their driveway and it’s lined with beautiful trees all the way down to the beautiful home! The endless landscaping, flowers, trees, bushes not to mention sitting areas outside everywhere! The inside so spacious perfect for families! Not to worry about bedrooms or baths there is plenty! Outside swings and toys for kids, ping pong table, golf enthusiast can hit the balls right in the yard, foosball, hammock swings, lounges and so many patios and endless grills for bbq gatherings! “Even though we were there off-season for a wedding, this VRBO is super close to the beach. Also close is a grocery store. Only possible issue is a super squeaky floor in master bedroom could disturb a light sleeper or a baby. Kitchen is masterfully stocked, great deck, quiet neighborhood, awesome water pressure (although you may prefer bottled water due to the minerals). You'll need to bring your own shampoo as well. It was perfect for our needs and super cute!”

“This was my family's 4th time staying at the Sand Castle so I don't have much to add since my previous reviews. We did not notice that the listing had changed since we had booked and were sorry to see that the bunkbeds had been removed but we worked things out. Also the beach has changed quite a bit and the sand disappears completely at high tide now. This is obviously not related to VRBO or the homeowner, just something future renters may want to know. We still had a good time, we just had to……
