“My family and I booked this condo on very short notice and received a prompt response. When we arrived, the check-in process was effortless and the condo was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs for the two nights we were there; while the resort itself offered a multitude of recreational activities. The owner was kind and accommodating and asked a fair checkout routine. We were quite pleased with our stay and would absolutely book again! ”

“Overall our stay at this location was good. The property ia great and offers a lot of amenities - indoor pool, hot tubs, playground, beach access etc. The condo itself is a good size for a group of 6 but it does need some updates. The oven did not work during our stay and 1 burner on the stove did not work (did get fixed while we were there). Called the number provided by the owner and they responded quickly, but the oven wasnt fixed which messed up our cooking plans for the trip. The……

“I expected it to be a bit cleaner. Pictures are not accurate need to be updated. The coffee pot was not a keiurg like advertised and we brought the wrong coffee. Different chair in the living space too. Bed was uncomfortable could use updating along with pillows. ”

“I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything……

“We have always loved staying at APATB. This is the first time renting from a rental company vs. private owner and you could tell the differences. This unit was as described, but lacked the “extras”. We did not have adequate items to clean dishes/wipe down counters and the unit could use an overall deep cleaning. ”

“Some updates needed, refrigerator was rusted, shower slow to drain and puddled in bottom while in use, other tub was busted and had a large tape patch on it. Condo was on third floor and only way up and down was steps which made bringing luggage and food tough. Overall, condo was nice as well as clean, property was very nice, and the view was amazing. ”

“I traveled here from NY with my 4 children. The location was beautiful and the condo was cutely decorated. We all had enough space and fit all of us comfortably. However, the ceiling the fan in the double room did not work…the room was quite warm. The fridge leaked pretty heavily to the point where I had to throw away food I just had purchased, the dishwasher did not work for me either. “Great family resort. Pools are clean and refreshing!! BBQ Grills, excellent beach and close to grocery store and restaurants. We made food at the condo and chose not to eat out. Miniature golf, tennis courts, this place is set up for family fun. Our condo had a distant view of the ocean but could hear the waves! Would recommend this condo!”

“We spent 4 nights here and it was so nice being right at the beach. The parking for two suvs was a little tight but we made it work. I would like to see some upgrades to the bathrooms but everything did work the way it should have. Check in and out was a super easy process and the owners were very responsive to all messages. “The beds were great and very comfortable! However, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt and macaroni noodles on the floor. It also would have been nice to know the pools were closed before we arrived. Overall, the place was nice and perfect for our needs. ”
