“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“We rented this property for the 2024 Eclipse viewing. That in itself was amazing but the property was the highlight for our whole family. It’s a beautiful setting, the home was upscale and fabulous, and, the stocked pond did not disappoint. The amenities provided were the best with beautifully equipped kitchen, big screen TV’s in every room and beautiful deck overlooking the pond. “The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The only issue was the room darkening blinds for our room were broken and couldn't be lowered, so the very bright lights from the neighboring car dealership shined in as we tried to fall asleep. We didn't realize this until we were headed to bed around midnight so we didn't call the front desk because we didn't want a room change at that hour. ”
