“Everything was as advertised. We found the food at Sunset Grill to be amazing! We did not pack our own beach towels so we bought some at a Dollar General nearby. The beds were vwey comfortable and the property layout was exactly what our family expexted.”

“This is our second stay with Carmen and you cannot beat it. Beautiful location, easy check in, comfortable and clean. We didn't arrive until 1 am and had no problem getting through security without the parking pass. We just let her know where we were staying and who we rented through. We will be back again next year!”

“We had a wonderful week in this VRBO. It's exactly as described in the listing. The condo is small but functional, and the resort has all kinds of nice amenities. We played pickleball, did a ton of fishing, went out to the restaurant onsite there, and enjoyed the beautiful setting. Saw dolphins and a manatee, and loved our time here! Thank you!”

“The unit was a few miles from the beach, in a quiet area. It looked to have sustained some lower level water damage from Hurricane Milton, but other than having access only upstairs was maintained well. ”

“Nice condo on lake and golf course. Easy access. Covered parking. 3rd floor with elevator access. Communication with owner not good. No instructions on listing. Last day phone call from me to him to gain access. No response to text concerning exit requirements. ”

“Had a great time. Eric’s condo and Lakewood National had everything we needed and was located close enough for family visits, toursty things and beach visits. Only slight issue was check-in which was slightly inconvenient, not really an issue. We arrived after 5pm on a Friday and needed to wait until Monday to get an automatic pass. Inconvenient only in the fact we needed to stop buy the guard shack each time we arrived but every member of the staff was welcoming about it.”

“Our stay was wonderful the pictures are exactly what apartment was . The only improvement is to getting the keys . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for 2 people . The staff with reservations were quickly . The pool area was large and pool was warm. Definitely would stay again.”
