“There is NO place more convenient than this little cabin for a stay near King's Canyon or Sequoia National Park. It's quite literally in the park and while the cabin is over 100 years old, it's been wonderfully renovated to allow for modern conveniences while still retaining it's rustic charm. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher. Modern bathroom (with a heater IN the bathroom so you stay nice and toasty getting out of the shower in the winter! “Great little cabin. Loved hearing the river nearby. Small, but well equipped kitchen. We brought food that we were able to reheat and enjoy in the evening after visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The air conditioner did a nice job keeping the cabin cool, despite temps getting up into the triple digits during our stay. Easy parking just in front of the cabin. ”

“Lovely and spacious cabin in Kings Canyon Park. We stayed 4 nights in October. The cool nights made the pellet fireplace much appreciated. Plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather. There’s so much to vist nearby that 3 days was not nearlt enough. We’ll be back.”

“The property was great, a cabin overlooking the river, as advertised. The river was too low to see when we were there in summer, but I guess that is a seasonal thing. Close to the park entrance and local shops. Great location. It's on a road, so there is some road noise. But nearly all the traffic is to the park so it stops around dusk.”

“The house was really nice and worked well for our group of 6. The ants were a real nuisance. The owner left a note about the ants being a problem at this time of year. We were extremely careful about not leaving anything out but there were still a lot of ants and it put a damper on our experience. I wouldn't expect to have to deal with this in a vacation rental.”
