“The apartment had not been changed prior to check in, no linens on bed and no linens for the futon. The shower was dirty even after someone came and made the bed. My daughter had to clean the shower, sink and toilet. Gabe said that I would get a price adjustment because of the inconvenience but that did not happen. It was extremely noisy due to the party in the bar downstairs on Friday and Saturday. There were only thin pieces of plywood on the 3 openings/windows overlooking part of the bar.The……

“While visiting family in Western Wisconsin, my wife and I stayed here one night and had a very good experience. The apartment was clean, pet-friendly, and warm at night in November. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was also able to work with us when something came up and we had to reschedule. This was a very good experience. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. I see myself staying here in the future because its warm, inviting, functional and located nicely to stores and such.
