“Spent spring break with two families in the house. Loved the size of the home, everyone was very comfortable, the outdoor space was a dream, the pool was such a treat. The home needs some TLC and small general maintenance completed. There were outdoor lights burnt out, closets had no hangers, dryer only had one setting to work. Removal of broken pool toys. All small details that would increase the enjoyment of the property. ”

Pros:-seclusion, quietness and privacy-hot tub and spacious deckCons:-needs better cleaning (dirt here and there, especially in the living room, you have a feeling everything was covered in dust)-need improvements on the house (one part of a roof was loosen and it was that type of metal roof plate, and becaue it was windy it was banging against the roof frame all the times, quite annoying especially during nighttime, not to say it can be……
