“The sheets are dirty, there's hair on them, it doesn't even look changed. Everywhere you see hair on the table. The room was like a smoking room. It smelled like smoke.”

I know they're having staffing problems, but one of the reasons we like staying in a hotel is the at least some level of house cleaning. We put out a "service room" sign midway through but nobody came. It would have been nice to have new towels medway through our stay since we used them a couple times a day due to us doing a lot of hiking and working……
