“Everything went smoothly with check-in. The place is stunning! Inside, outside, the view, the deck views! The furniture was very comfortable. They know people like to bring their own devices to connect to the TVs. They have accessible HDMI ports and power nearby. Check out was simple as can be, none of the extra work as you are packing like taking out the trash or stripping the beds. As a recent convert to The Caverns, I will be returning and always checking if this spot is available!”

“We absolutely loved Clementine. It was the perfect place for days of rest, relaxation and reading! Gloria is a premier host and it shows!I loved the decor especially the great artwork.The porch was my favorite space where we could watch so many kinds of birds. We did not move our vehicle from the time we arrived until we departed…did not want to leave ! The golf cart allowed us to view our surroundings. Kayaks were available as well as fishing gear, but we were too lazy and relaxed to move off……

“We have been vacationing at Tims Ford for almost 30 years now. Your property was by far our greatest experience. Your home is beautiful and the floor plan is well thought out providing privacy when wanted and several places to hang out as a family. We loved the dock and the peaceful secluded cove so we didn't have to worry about boat traffic with the kids. “The listing is a faithful description of the property. It reminded me of the farmhouse that my mother grew up in, swinging screened door and all. My two friends and I visited for a hiking weekend while my daughter finished her last week of summer school at Sewanee. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when I asked to extend the stay to help my daughter pack up.
