“I absolutely loved this place. I was on the fence at first, but we loved it and as did our kids. The elevator was a fun experience for them and the included breakfast is great. I’m allergic to eggs and had options. They have candy dishes around the area that delighted my kids too. We will definitely return. The beds were very, very comfortable. “We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. “Perfect for our one night stay driving up from SW Fla. We arrived early morning & were able to check in right away. Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. Parking was easy & accessible. Room was comfortable with nice views out of floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of storage & closet space. Beds were comfy. Hotel was accommodating with extra pillows, blanket, etc. Connecting room next door was not sound proofed well-could hear everything. Would like to request better bath products……
