“This house has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very well stocked for making meals, heavy duty blender for slushy drinks, games, puzzles, life jackets, kayaks, bikes. We cooked dinner each night at the home and the kitchen had everything possible that we needed. One Palm Hill is perfectly located on the island, minutes from Governors Harbor, but in a quiet and private neighborhood. It felt like a home away from home and we would highly recommend to anyone! “This cottage was just as advertised - spacious, nicely appointed and well-equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay. The location is isolated, but near enough to towns to make trips for groceries or meals fairly quick. The sunrises in the mornings were spectacular! The yard is really nice as is the access path to the beach. However the high tides made for a fairly high bluff from which it was hard to get down onto the actual beach. We found a ladder to use for the access, so made it……

“We enjoyed our time in the Bahamas, wonderful food, beaches and people! However the property was rough! Hard to swallow paying that much money on a run down house and a rough road on the property. I’ve addressed these concerns with the management but have yet to of heard back from them. Long story short, view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Pictures of home online are not current.”

“This property is absolutely beautiful. It is set up perfectly for large groups. The location is gorgeous and you could spend the entire time exploring just this property! The house manager is wonderful and overall it was a great experience. I would only change two things: the mattresses could use a change and I would have loved to have some black out curtains- but I’m not a morning person so if you don’t mind bright sunshine in your room at 6:30am you’ll be fine!”
