“This was our second stay on the property and will stay again in the future. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and the house is perfectly set up for two people. The beach is largely private. Host communicates very well and property is clean and well cared for. Access to washer and dryer is also very nice.”

Everyday we walked on the beach, got in the ocean, got in the pool only to take another walk during the sunset. Watching the sunrise was life changing!! Only God could create something so beautiful and Purple Papaya provided that for us!!”

“We had a great time at Beside the Point. It is a cottage not real big but big enough for us. They had everything we needed at the cottage. We dined in quick a lot and everything worked well. The view is amazing and I would have to say the private beach was the best. We love to kayak but could not go as far as we would have liked because one of the kayaks had holes. But going out kayaking was very enjoyable. We saw a ton of ocean life. Thank you for your cottage on our 40th Anniversary. ”

“Nice time but biting bugs on island terrible”

“The house was clean inside and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook and . Bedding was nice and comfortable. The beach would’ve been nice, but it was windy every day and the waves were way too high for the children to play in the water so we had to go to another beach every day in order to get in the water. I’m thinking most likely it was due to hurricane Milton going through Florida while we were there at The Dunes. The stairs going down to the beach need a little attention. There……

“This is our second time staying at the Cottage at Senza Nome! We love it. Charming, cozy, rustic and the best ocean views I’ve ever had. Sleeping to the sound of the waves, the beauty of the property and centrally located, this place is close to perfect!”

“The cottage is very comfortable and well equiped, had to be put in service just recently. Everything was great except the wifi hotspot device was not consistent. I would recomment the owner gets Starlink like other folks on the island. The electric fireplace doesn't work consistently too, it keeps shutting off every few minutes, but it was not that cold that it was a problematic.”

Since we were renting one of his vehicles (highly recommended and a must to explore the island), he gave us a great rundown of the do’s and don’ts, some recommendations, and how to reach him if we needed anything.
