“We had a wonderful time at this home! The home was not far from anything in town yet it felt like we were in the county side. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Hutch! We were curious why everything had a price tag on it because there were somethings we wanted to buy if only we could have gotten it on the airplane. ”

“Property was just as described & on a large, secluded lot with open farmland right across the street. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE, the kitchen open & well appointed. There's a grocery store not far away for any extra supplies & the covered front patio is a prime place to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay & short walks w/ the dog over to nearby Sterling Lake. Would definitely recommend & plan on booking again when we return to the area. ”

“We made so many memories! Feeding the horses/ponies/donkey/goats, swimming, swinging off the rope swing, diving board, paddle boats, water slide, giant hot tub outside and jacuzzi tub inside, holding the adorable baby goats, s’mores around the fire pit. We saw baby rabbits hoping around and huge geese relaxing at the pond. The owners were very responsive every time we had any questions. Huge TV’s in each room and super cute native and cowboy decorations. The sectional couch was super comfy and……

“Listing was spot on for everything the property had. Very cute little gem. Mexican restaurant across street with breakfast and lunch and dinner service. Small town gas station along with a bar and a cute town park.Came to celebrate anniversary along with fire department side by side ride. Cant wait to return next year!”

“We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole……

“This home was perfect for our family of 6 to stay for a few days while in town for a funeral. There was plenty of space to spread out and it was nice having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. This was a great property and we would stay here again!”
