“This was our group’s second stay in the Sunflower House. It is everything we needed for a weekend stay in Rocheport. Comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, convenient. Highly recommend!”

“We took a trip to this quaint township to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. We love historical sites and this entire tiwnship is a historical site. Also came to experience the Lyceum Theater's play of A Christmas Carol, which was phenomenal and enjoyed a meal at the local J. HOUSTON'S tavern . The cottage was a very fun experience with history dripping in every corner but boasting all the modern conveiences that one would need. Will definitely recommend visiting this little town and……

“We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”

“Host is very conscientious was concerned ice maker was on the fritz and ensured there was a bag of ice in fridge for our stay. Highly communicative prior to arrival, during stay and upon departure. Great property in quite neighborhood 12 minutes from campus. The only couple of things I would say could have been better would be at least 1 King size bed. That said, the Queens were outstanding. the master bedroom should have blinds as its like waking up on the sun. Perhaps they were there but……

“Staying at Sweet Gum was an absolute delight and the pics do not do it justice. This property is absolutely First Class in all ways. I was amazed at the extent and quality of the decorating and furnishings including a well-stocked kitchen with bone china! The furniture including the bed was very comfortable. The large leather sofa was my favorite. The location in Arrow Rock is also ideal, 1 to 3 blocks from any restaurant, coffee shop and theater. Finally, the owners were wonderful and……
