“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……

“We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”

“Fantastic stay, host very communicative and check in instructions were perfect. Sofa bed was much more comfortable than expected and had 2 happy nights on it. We came to take the kids to Lapland UK which was just 15 minutes away, which made it especially helpful that the accommodation came with a free parking spot very close by.”

“Really nice apartment close to the centre of Windsor. Handy parking space close by that will save you some money as the local Q park is about £45 for 48 hours! ”

“Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. ”

“Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. ”

“We booked here as would accept a pet which they did, and we apid the £30 fee, all fine. However, the room assigned was on the first floor down two long corridors and up 2 fligths of stairs and anotehr short flight of stairs. Not the best location for an animal who may need to go outside during the night. Thankfully, she didn't. “I really like the hotel and the services. The front desk was especially helpful in helping me plan train transport from Windsor to York. They really went out of their way. Everything was clean and lovely. The only issue I had was that even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, Someone had smoked in the room beforehand. The room smelled of smoke when I first checked in. Luckily, it mostly dissipated after I have the window open for a while.”
