If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area……

“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……

“This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze.”

“The apartment is big enough. The enviornment is calm and safe. More kitchen tools and meals tools are better. Wash machine is recommended to fix. ”

“We arrive and the flat was very cold, the heating was off.The linens in one room were to small and in General with some stains even if they were cleaned.I will suggest to put at least one bottle of water in the house on arrival and give another pair of flat keys.The big toilet has a problem with the wc water and the washmashine place sometimes smells. Overall we found the flat nice amd confotable. Thanks. Lisa”

“Must mention the bathroom door..very difficult to open,could have been stuck in there if on own in the house.Very bad if child was inside…very distressing.Would recommend it is seen to ASAP. Otherwise a lovely cottage with very good facilities. Peaceful and pleasant location ”
