“This is a spacious, clean and well situated apartment. The neighborhood and local shops and restaurants are wonderful. Easy walk to Windsor Castle but outside of the major tourist hustle. ”

“Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. ”

“Das Apartment #22 war schlicht eingerichtet aber sehr modern und man konnte alles vorfinden, was man braucht. Leider ist die Gegend rund um das Haus etwas mies und wir erlebten in der zweiten Nacht einige wilde Sachen - auch im Haus gab es mehrere Vorfälle. Das Einchecken bzw. Abholen der Schlüssel ist auch etwas mühsam, da man diese in einem Store etwa 5-10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt abholen muss.”

“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……

“Pros & Cons - overall, a good place to stay. Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area……

“The Timber Barn is even more beautiful than the pictures. The indoor and outdoor space is incredible. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and shower are lovely. The communal spaces are very family friendly and social. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is incredible, lovely quiet secluded setting, but with the Pineapple pub 3 min walk, a lovely river walk / cycle 5 min walk, and a Sainsbury's super store 2mins drive, and Windsor a 15 min drive - it honestly ticks every……
