“Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. ”

“Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. ”

“We arrive and the flat was very cold, the heating was off.The linens in one room were to small and in General with some stains even if they were cleaned.I will suggest to put at least one bottle of water in the house on arrival and give another pair of flat keys.The big toilet has a problem with the wc water and the washmashine place sometimes smells. Overall we found the flat nice amd confotable. Thanks. Lisa”

“Das Apartment #22 war schlicht eingerichtet aber sehr modern und man konnte alles vorfinden, was man braucht. Leider ist die Gegend rund um das Haus etwas mies und wir erlebten in der zweiten Nacht einige wilde Sachen - auch im Haus gab es mehrere Vorfälle. Das Einchecken bzw. Abholen der Schlüssel ist auch etwas mühsam, da man diese in einem Store etwa 5-10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt abholen muss.”

“This is a spacious, clean and well situated apartment. The neighborhood and local shops and restaurants are wonderful. Easy walk to Windsor Castle but outside of the major tourist hustle. ”

“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……
