“Very thoughtfully stocked, detailed instructions, convenient location, responsive communication. Only issue was navigating the parking spot on a hill. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.”

“The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good.”

“The property is beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The kitchen is modern and the beds are very comfortable. The guest guide is very helpful and well written/unambiguous. The host is very available and communicative. I had a little bit of trouble on arrival because I didn't realize there were 2 lock boxes on the shelf brackets, one on each end of the shelf. I saw one, beelined for it, and kept attempting to open it with the code meant for the other. Luckily, Vince replied to my text……

“It was wonderful to stay in this studio with a view of the ocean, a fireplace, and very welcoming host! It's a very short drive from the town of Gualala which has groceries, a couple good restaurants, and cute shops! The kitchen is equipped with the basics and the tub is spacious :)”

“We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!”

“Cute cottage. The outdoor chairs in front were very old and worn out. The furniture by the hot tub was dirty from being under the trees but we used one of the sheets and it was fine. was dirty”

“What a great experience! We has so much fun exploring the property. The home was appointed quite well...everything from comfy beds, very functional kitchen and a washer/dryer which is always a plus on a beach vacation. We enjoyed the peace of being in the country but still 10 minutes from everything in town. Having a state beach less than a mile away was great! In the evenings we enjoyed a fire in the wood stove that had plenty of firewood waiting for us. Communication with the hosts was……

“Beautiful views!! The house was Mendo eclectic which is why I picked this property. Aged home yes but cute in the details. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, however we did need more seating in the living room with the kitchen chairs. The beds were just adequate, but i do like a softer bed. The dishwasher never worked wich kinda sucked honestly because even the dishes in the cabinets were dirty & i hate washing dishes. Overall it was a great visit seeing my family that lives on the coast & I……
