“My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! The fenced backyard was perfect, he spent so much time out there exploring all the new smells and playing fetch. I would recommend this house to anyone……

“We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. “The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. About a 10 minute walk from the beach, we can watch the……

“My blended family and I stayed at the Birch Beach Lake House for three night at the end of September. It was the perfect location for 8 adults for a post wedding extended celebrations. The house was the perfect size, lots of space, the property was beautiful, and amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend booking your next getaway here! 10/10”

“Thrilled to have found this gem! We were looking for a place where 12 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs could celebrate an 80th birthday and this location did not disappoint!! It was less than 2 hours from home and everyone had time to roam, rest and relax. We had a catered meal on Saturday night so didn’t do much cooking but the house was well equipped for everything … lots of dishes and flatware!! We lucked out with weather and were outside most of the time but did enjoy the basement activities……
