“The property was very good and the beach and access to the water was great for swimming, playing and fishing. The only thing I would change is there was no pantry type storage for groceries. Overall it was a great experience and great property. The property managers were wonderful to work with. We were a group of a variety of ages 2 to 59 and everyone had a great time. ”

“The cabin is extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking & the beds comfortable. We could not connect to WiFi, however, & our questions to host weren’t answered. If you plan to work from cabin or need WiFi, make arrangements ahead to ensure connectivity. This was a minor issue for us & overall enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this place. ”

“Lovely property with lots of room for a large family and amenities for your stay. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay from the paddleboat on the lake to the air hockey game in the garage area. Even our family dog, Nala, was comfortable.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackberry Lodge. We couldn’t ask for a better host whose excellent communication and attention to detail helped us to feel nothing but relaxed and comfortable. From the tastefully furnished and clean lodge, to the added surprise of the game hut, and everyone’s favorite part - the wonderful trail leading to the beautiful lake. “My husband and I brought our 2 sons and each brought a friend. The place was well equipped with fun activities for the kids. They have bags/cornhole, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, bikes and a huge lake to fish from. We ended our nights around the fire pit and then went inside to play games. There is a nearby public beach accessible by car, bike or walking. Needless to say - the boys were rarely on their phones and that was a huge bonus for us.The owners are wonderful and very responsive.……
