“Thid was a nice property that comfortably fit me, my spouse, and 4 other couples for our wedding weekend. The property was clean, check in was smooth, and it had nice amenities. One downside is that it is a new build and there are some aspects that were clearly rushed. For example the handles on all foors arent installed correctly so the whole mechanism moves rather than just the handle. But minor cosmetic issues are not that big of a deal.I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Beautiful new spacious property in a great safe neighborhood. Very nice for groups. Common Living space s conducive for gathering. Property still under construction as there were other homes still being built. Near busy street but monimal noise. Would stay again.”

“The upstairs kitchen may need some extra ceramic bowls and silverware. The hot water may need to be turned up, it was tepid at best. Jeff was more than helpful getting us situated and comfortable. Great neighborhood, and availability to groceries, restaurants, and the great brewery 2 minutes away. Great room for families for togetherness and privacy”

“This is an apt in a multi unit home. It worked out ok for us but you can hear the other tenants in the home. Bedrooms are a great size and the eating areas and kitchen/ living room are very comfortable. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside area but that looked very inviting. Communications with host were positive and when I had questions or needed anything he made sure it was taken care. This home is very close to a few good coffee shops and 5 min away from Avon Old……

“The place inside was very clean, kitchen is updated and well equipped with what you need. Had issues obtaining access to the house. Day of arrival we couldn’t get in with the passcode. Contacted manager multiple times because the code wouldn’t work properly. That should have been taken care of beforehand. Had to be cautious of the basement stairs because there is no door and it is directly opposite of the entry door. As we were carrying our bags into the house our small dog actually fell……

“We were visiting University of Hartford and this was the perfect place to stay outside of the city. Great space with all the conveniences of home. Wonderful food options within walking distance. ”
