“Great place plenty of room and even only 1 parking place right in front of the door there was plenty of parking within 20 feet of the townhouse. ”

“The property was very close to the Orange County Convention Center where we needed to be all day Saturday. Check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect for one adult with their young child, the 2nd bedroom with the king bed was perfect for the other adult, and the third bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for the teenager. Each bedroom had its own tv, as did the living room. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked……

“The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed. ”

“What a great vacation we had which was only enhanced by this wonderful property. The grounds are manicured, and all the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was just perfect and not crowded so easy to relax. AS far as the home it is on point with the description and very well kept. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We could not have asked for a better location with being only a quick mile from Epic Universe. We will defiantly rent out this property again as it is the best……

“This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention……
