“This is the third time my brothers and I have enjoyed our yearly mancation in this amazing location. The cabin is great with a large indoor fireplace. We always hope for snow and cold and this year we got run around outside in plenty of both. Kevin is a great host and quickly responds to any of our needs or questions. “The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! ”

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
