“Our family of 5 (6, 9, 12) had a great time staying here for our kids first UGA game and first trip back to Athens in at least 15+ years. The apartment was incredibly clean and perfect for our family, with a twin over full bunk in one room, and a queen in a spacious 2nd br. They thoughtfully left us some breakfast food in the fridge and also made sure we had plenty of bottled water when there was an issue with the water main. We'd love to come back. 25 min walk to Sanford for a game, a little……

“Rented for a few days while looking at UGA. Perfect location, 10 minutes or less from campus. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens.”

“This was our first time in this unit, very nice, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was super. There's was even laundry detergent to use! What a treat! Quite complex, we never heard anyone. Will stay here again when we travel to Athens.”

“The property is nicely located and perfect for activities in Athens. Our problem was the management company, Grand Welcome. When we arrived the unit had not yet been cleaned….. trash everywhere, dirty dishes, a filthy bathroom, etc. When we called the management company the team member asked us to send pictures for verification and said a case would be opened. This company is not local and was dismissive of my concerns. When I asked to be called with an update she told me housekeeping was on……
