“This place was the perfect cozy retreat with clean and comfortable rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved seeing the deer family that seemed to love the yard next-door. Perfect pricing for the location too! Only recommendations would be to add a little more privacy curtains to the front door but other than that perfect (kids are definitely audible but I think it was sweet) thanks! ”

“A group of us (6 couples) came to Georgia to attend the Combat Veterans Associations Nationals in Athens. As a large group we wanted a comfortable place to stay nearby and the Riverhouse in Monroe was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, quiet area and beautiful property and home. We had more than enough space for our large group and we felt right at home. So much so that some have talked about planning another trip to the Riverhouse- especially to check in on the beautiful, sweet local cat that……

“Excellent location, clean and inviting. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe would be that the owners were staying in the pool house( yes it was disclosed down in the details, my mistake). No issue with them as they are wonderful people and their pups very friendly! ”
