“Awesome house, only issue was cleanliness of the coffee cups. Most of them looked dirty. Other than that we would definitely rent the home again. I have family and friends who are interested in renting it in the future. Also, lots of food items opened (like sugar, spices) I wouldn't use something that is already opened.”

“It was very convenient to go back and forth to the University. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding. We would have liked more instructions to heaters . It turned cold while we were there. Also a second key so you could take one and leave one in the outside key box. We would stay again and the owner was available to talk too. ”

“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!”

“Just spent 3 nights in this beautiful and cozy farmhouse! It was absolutely perfect for our large family as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house is so clean and well appointed with many extras and amenities. Tons of towels, cozy comfortable living and bedrooms, paper goods, and bathroom toiletries. We loved the open first floor with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, adorable coffee bar and extra throw blankets on the sofas. We really enjoyed the hot……

“We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again.”

“This tiny home is as described and is quite comfortable. Gwen is lovely and very helpful with great info on local restaurants and events and even provided kettle corn! There were only 3 small downfalls: 1) it's a bit cramped for 6 people 2) it's rather expensive for the size 3) watch out for the fan getting up and down from the loft!”
