“We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! ”

“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. “We stayed here with 6 adults for a ski trip. The home had a great location - private and quiet with beautiful views of the woods (saw lots of deer!) but still close to the slopes and downtown. The house itself was very nice with an excellent layout. Extremely clean and owner provided all the amenities you could need. They even left wine for us! We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.”

“Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. ”
