“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!”

“Our family from Florida either flew or drove up, while those from California and Montana also flew in. Having everyone together in one place made the experience so much more enjoyable because we could spend our limited time together, rather than traveling between hotels.”

“Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. ”

“This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. It was beautiful with amazing updates and secluded just like we prefer. There was plenty of room for the kids to run free and even a cute, new little playground. The location was great with all the places we wanted to visit 15 mins - 2 hrs away. We loved being able to see the Amish every day and even visit their bake sales every Saturday too. Our host was amazing and so communicative. Thank you!”

“We needed a place to stay with our pup for a brief stop in the area. The views in every direction along the road were outstanding. Great sunset. Great sunrise. Helpful host who was nice to chat with when we arrived and out of our hair the rest of the time. Couldn’t have had a better stay!”

“We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again.”

“We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”
