“House had its roots but a great sized house. Plenty of seating to accommodate rooms to guest amount. Do suggest an oven temp gauge as we had no idea when it was up to temp. Super easy to clean up and checkout! We loved that it was private! ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cozy little cabin. Peggy thought of everything you may ever need, and more! The cabin is well stocked, clean, well maintained and just the right size for 2 couples. It was a good location for the hiking we did in Letchworth State Park. Highly recommend staying in this Cabin!”

“Absolutely the perfect place to stay in southwest New York. Property is expensive with all kinds of trails, the home is beautifully appointed and clean. Has everything you need to use as a base camp for hiking or stay in for a quiet weekend.But most importantly, it has a dishwasher! Will stay here again.”
