“This was my first time staying at Best Western of Wise, VA. The staff members I met were very nice. My room was comfortable, clean, well lit with a large window wall and easily adjustable blinds. Air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The breakfast area offered a variety of hot foods (scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, pancake making machine), and cold foods (cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels). “There wasn't anything about this property that we did not like. Cindy, was very helpful when we called ahead and told her we were going to be late arriving. She made the check in process very easy and pleasant. The dining area was always kept clean and the food was hot, tasty, and available. The breakfast was always well stocked. I am a coffee drinker and there was always good hot coffee available! We will certainly stay here again.”
