“We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! “Our family had a wonderful time at this quaint cottage. The village of Northleach was a great location for us to enjoy the Cotswold area for a few days. The village has a yummy pastry shop where we got breakfast every morning, a small convenience store, and a couple pubs/restaurants all about a 2 minute walk from the house. It was fun to walk around the village and explore the streets and neighborhoods. We enjoyed traveling to local sites also. We had a car and easily found parking on the……

“This was a great cottage to base yourself in the Cotswold’s. The two minute walk to the village was a great feature of this cottage as well as the parking spot. I enjoyed the fire and the beautiful surrounds. I would recommend a stay. ”

“My husband and I have just spent a wonderful weekend at The Captain's Cabin. The cottage was just perfect & beautiful inside, we arrived late in the evening and opening the door to a warm & cosy cottage was heaven. It has all you'd need for your stay, fully equipped kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and luxury bathroom towels, truly no need to take anything. We loved the real fire and delighted lighting it at the end of each day. “The cottage location is fantastic, just two minutes from a well-stocked Co-op store, and some lovely cafes and shops to explore. People in Chipping Camden were very friendly and we had some lovely conversations with locals whilst out exploring the lanes around the town.The cottage itself was warm and comfortable (the beds were wonderful), and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Would love to visit again.”

“Property is a cosy, classic cottage set back in a quiet location. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy morning coffee/evening drinks. Skipper the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit, wine and bread. The cottage was spotless: comfy beds and furnishings. We will definately be visiting again, thank you from Debi, Mike, Alexander and Becky. 😘”

“We loved our stay in the cottage; we were there 4 days while visiting the Cotswolds. The cottage was centrally located to all the high points and Chipping Campden was a perfect place to begin. Chipping Campden has all you need for your stay including wonderful pubs and great shopping. The cottage gives you the warm authentic feel of an english cottage with all the modern conveniences . Becky was quick to respond with any questions. Only regret is we were not able to see the beautiful back……
