The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. “Anthony was a very gracious host, and the house/property/amenities were above and beyond other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. We had a very cozy stay in the middle of winter, and it was a treat to wake up to a sunrise over the frozen lake in the morning. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to come back someday to enjoy the kayaks.”

“A cute and cozy spot for a weekend to visit our daughter at UW-SP. Comfortable beds and great living room set up. The basement was great for an evening with games and fun while watching basketball too. A great back yard for our dog with a fenced in space for ease and safety. We would enjoy this spot again next year!”

“We stayed in this charming, spacious, comfortable house that was so close to the Stevens Point Campus and everything we wanted to see for the college visit!”

“This property was perfect for the 4 of us. The decor has that quintessential lake house feel. The house was very well stocked with games, proper cooking equipment, spice cabinet and all the other accoutrements needed to cook a good meal and enjoy some time with your friends and loved ones. The view of the lake was wonderful, especially at dusk and dawn. Highly recommend!”
