“We were looking for a smaller hotel with a traditional Schwarzwald flair in a beautiful location, and this fit the bill perfectly! This is an old house, but entirely up to modern standards inside, with a friendly staff and warm feel. The room was cozy, looking out on the quiet main plaza with its church. “We were greated by Cody & he was great! Helped us with our bags from our car and gave us a great rundown of the amazing property and the surrounding area. Dinner at the hotel was amzing. They are doing a lot of renovations on this 1575 home, turned hotel. But once it is done this property will be unbelievably. We rented the family suite & it was larger than my 1st house..lol. totally recommend this propterty. We were able to walk into Germany & back to Switzerland in 20 mins or less across the……
