“酒店非常新、乾淨、整潔與舒適，我們全家都住得非常開心，酒店人員態度也很好！只不過酒店內的停車場收費30zl/晚，如果遇到週末或是假期，酒店旁外的停車場是免費的。”

The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel! Hats off to the management staff……

“Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile”

“Room is spacious, clean, close to train station. Most important, the staffs are the best, I left my wallet in room under pillow and it has been stored safety until I went back to pick up. Really appreciated all staffs and warm place to stay beside home.”

“It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.”

“Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again.”
