“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants.
Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by.
It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“Where do I start
The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation.
This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation
The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible
My food had to be stored insecurely
The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good.
The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall.
I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. “Would not recommend. The apartment we were allocated did not have the room / beds confguration as per the photos on the Expedia website. Various apartments were described as Elite and Deluxe but all the photos were just jumbled up. Robindoor.com managed the check in. “The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy ”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station).
I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try.
Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday.
Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.
