“The house was nice and the sauna was a plus. The only issue at all with the water has a little Sulphur smell. Other than that it was a very pleasant home to stay in.”

“Our family (all adults 18) had a wonderful time at this Fishhook Lake home which was impeccably clean and spaciously comfortable! The home provided all the amenities needed for a restful stay. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained pontoon for time on the lake and the private back porch complete with lots of seating and a fire table. Located in an area near many fun things to do: Itasca State Park, Forestridge Winery, etc. Communication with the host was excellent and the lovely fruit……

“The house is extremely comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable seating, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue). “Large rooms allowed for different activities at the same time. Large kitchen and counter spaced helped with storage and easy preparation of meals. We had a group of 22 any there was plenty of room for all.”

“We were in town for a family reunion on Fish Hook Lake, so the location was great! HWY 71 was a little loud in the evening as we were trying to get to bed with the windows open, but we managed. The owner had a great communication and was accommodating to our schedule. Very clean and everything we needed was there!”
