“This is a small property but for us was perfect, 3 adults. Extremely clean, well stocked. House was comfortable. Owner was super with communications and found us an excellent fishing guide that I would highly recommend - New River Gorge Outfitters. The home was close to Pipestem State park and an hour or so from main hiking trails near Fayetteville. Staying in Hinton was perfect for us. Not a lot of restaurants so be sure to bring groceries. There is a Kroger not too far away but we didn't go……

“Hinton is a beautiful town that is close to several natural outdoor activities. It also has antique stores and amazing food. The owner of Three Rivers was so nice. He told my daughter and I about the history of the town and the building we were staying in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our "apartment" as my daughter called it was in a secured location with in walking distance to historic down town. It was an eclectic mix of antique/rustic with a wonderful view of the murals on the……

“Clean and newly remodeled. Loved the deck overlooking the river. Enjoyed watching the deer on the little island. Very peaceful. Lots of birds singing. Cool to see the trains pass by. Close To the town Hinton and the Sandstone Fall Nature center. Visited Sandstone Falls , Pipestem and Bluestone lake while staying at this property. Kitchen has everything you need . Has washer and dryer. Had elderly person with us who found it challenging climbing the hill to get to the house. If in the area again……

“This house was nicer than the photos! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with implements to make a delicious surf and turf dinner. 1st floor bath had a wonderful shower and the queen beds were great. Host was very responsive and helpful. The view was breathtaking and the area had a lot to offer.”

“I can't say enough great things! This little cabin was so peaceful, exactly what my dogs and I needed! The place is old but well maintained, just what you would expect in a mountain cabin! The yard was cut and easy to walk my dogs in! There is a fire pit and grill, we didnt use them because my one dog is older and gets cold easily. The location is superb! “Five stars is not enough for this beautiful place. I booked on a whim I didn’t expect much but when we got there it was beautiful, we were then greeted by the two most friendly cats I ever seen along with all the other well maintained animals. The little black bear camper was the best sleep me and my husband had ever had in our lives, the phones were off but that was perfect because we didn’t want any distractions. My 13 year old daughter at first was your typical teen who loves the internet but……
