“The house and the location were exactly what I was looking for. Located near Sandstone Falls and Big Branch Trail. The house is well stocked and clean. The screen porch with the view of the river is a great place to relax. Excellent 2 night stay.”

“The place was very small and cut up. It was dirty and had ants all in the kitchen. Every room was in some form dirty including showers and toilets. Dangerous stairs to get upstairs and down. Found slugs in basement where two bedrooms were located. Water dripped out of the ceiling onto kitchen counter. Dirty inside cabinets, drawers etc. no where near worth the amount per night. Completely unacceptable. Reached out to owner and her response was that she cleaned it when she was there. Some areas……
