“Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience.”

“The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. Obviously, we were totally fine and……

“Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended.”
