“Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.”

“Nice place. We stayed in late March so it did get cold at night. We had a space heater but we did not leave it on overnight. The bedroom was smaller in person. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The locaction was a great base to exploring New River and Babcock state park. ”

“Hose was as listed. We only occupied the lower level. Close proximity to hiking restaurants, and breweries. Enjoyed the stay without any problems.”

If you are looking for a cozy cabin that is off the beaten path with a 20-30 minute commute to Summersville Lake this place is for you. “We were in town for a 2 day volleyball tournament. We booked this place because it was reasonably priced and only 10 minutes from Gallipolis and 20 minutes from The Root gym. The only thing that could have been better was warmer weather to sit out on the deck. The cabin was beautiful on the inside, perfect for our quick stay and the beds were super cozy. The hostess and her family are absolutely the sweetest and our homemade breakfast that they delivered was delicious!! We will stay here again……

“A perfect place to spend three days. Cabin had everything we needed, and was big enough for two families with kids, but was still cozy. Enjoyed a fire each night and spent the days hiking and exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.”

““Out in the country” on small, somewhat challenging roads, yet convenient- only 15 minutes to the New River Gorge Bridge and less than 10 to some popular hiking trailheads. Very clean newer home with everything we needed. Quiet. Good communication with host. Nice welcome manual with tips on restaurants and activities.”

“We loved how central and quiet this house was. It had everything we needed for our short spring break trip. Kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. The host was super responsive with any questions we had about the cabin or the area. Great stay! ”
