“Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more……

“The breakfast buffet was great. It was included and was a nice surprise. Nice staff. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Quite a distance from Zurich but doable with a taxi. This hotel was worth every penny. The apartment suites are amazing! Would definitely come back. ”

“服務人員態度很友善，房間簡單但是非常舒服。但會希望房間的燈再多一點或是亮一點。早餐非常棒，選擇很多樣。 Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr nett und freundlich, das Zimmer ist schlicht aber sehr angenehm und ordentlich. Wenn es möglich ist, hätte ich gern mehr Lichte im Zimmer oder ein helleres Zimmer. Der Frühstück ist super, es gibt verschiedene Wahl.”
