“I loved the view from the 10th floor and I also loved the modern decor. The only down side for me is parking. The parking deck beside of the hotel is city owned and can be quite expensive. There is a discount( maybe a couple of dollars) from the hotel, but it seems to me there could be a better way to incorporate the parking charges in the overall hotel charges.”

“Absolutely LOVED our stay at the HODO! Such a great location and amazing property. Anyone can stay at a chain hotel…this place is special. The rooms are adorned with local artists / artwork and the accommodations are great. It says it’s a three star hotel…but our stay at the HODO surpasses many four and five star hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area too. “Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. No mattress cover on the bed, mattress was old and dirty looking. Carpet in the hallway was stained and there were holes in the walls. the smoke detector in our room was hanging by the wires. Shower door was hard to open and once open, hard to close. We were woken up by yelling outside, police were present, and we found a syringe in the parking lot.Pictures were nothing like what we saw when……
