“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面 導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”

“Check-in時沒有reception員工接待（我於4pm左右到達），還好事前有電郵指示如何自行入住。 第2天想向員工領取到時卷廁紙，員工態度感覺並不友善。 熱到方面，水壓不足，熱水時熱時凍，第2晚直頭沒有熱水，研究一輪後自行重開熱水爐才能有熱到，但依然時熱時凍。”

“Property was clean and tidy, odd hair here and there, no problem. It is near a main road so there is some excitement but it settles down after 10pm. Odd bit of maintenance required but nothing serious. However the toilet fills with hot water. Shower is great, bathroom is modern, more than enough facilities with fridge cooker hob & microwave plus plates cups cutlery glasses. Soft lighting. I'd stay again.”

“A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. The only minor issue we have had was we weren’t given the WiFi passcode and there was a fire alarm malfunction during the evening which forced us to stand in the icy cold street until the……

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.”

“The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel. The surrounding area is all residential and not the best part of Birmingham suburbs but it’s fine. Fridge was……
