“We have stayed at this property multiple times and absolutely love it! It’s perfectly tucked away — private and peaceful — but still conveniently located for all of the activities we enjoy in the White Mountains.Communication with the host is always stellar, which makes planning our trips stress-free. The space is always clean and welcoming when we arrive. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the second bedroom’s bunk beds are great for extra guests. The small but well-equipped……

“It was difficult to pick out which property was the correct one, especially in the dark. A flashlight would have helped, as well as reflective markers.”

“Wonderful property. Location is excellent with access to White Mountains and numerous attractions in the Lakes area. Close to many restaurants and shops. View of lake from the deck and inside the house is spectacular. We spent a good deal of our time there just looking out over the lake. Boating on the lake is also excellent and property comes with two kayaks and a canoe. From our viewpoint this property is ideal.”

“We had wonderful time at Sara’s lake house. Her communication was great and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. The location is goegeous and the views were incredible. We have two teenagers who enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for docking the boat we rented. “We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. We had a toddler and an infant in our group. If you have young kids who like to wander, you'll need to keep an eye on them. We were able to make it work with……

“When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and fun getaway”

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
