“This property definitely has a unique, vintage charm and was one of the more affordable options we found. It's a good fit for travelers looking for a rustic, off-the-grid kind of stay. That said, there are a few things to note for future guest. The house itself is rustic; some may enjoy, though in our opinion could benefit some maintenance. There were personal belongings in the laundry room and pantry, along with a washer full of wet linens that were there for our entire stay. There was an……

“Perfect stay for our needs while we attended student orientation. Quiet and peaceful. All of our needs met. Love the historical aspects of the building. Our only issue was a bit of a rain leak caused the floor and rug to be wet upon entry, but to be expected in a historic building. ”

“Our stay at Eleven Eleven Ranch was nothing short of delightful! So many special details and unexpected extras, like beautiful fresh flowers on the table, to a lovely charcuterie plate specially prepared for us in the spotlessly clean fridge, we felt like we were warmly welcomed and can't say enough about the beautiful casita and property. We were mesmerized by the birdwatching. The view of the Wimberly Valley is unmatched, and the perfect temperature hot tub was a real treat. And the location……

“Everything as advertised, and hosts always available if needed. Little touches to make the experience special. I only wish we'd had the chance to spend more time relaxing on the beautiful property, but we had people to see and F1 races to go to. Things that are important to me in a VRBO are super quiet, clean, a good hair dryer, basic kitchen and toiletry items, and a good bed. Over the years, I'd found it harder and harder to find accommodations that are as advertised - this one hits the mark……
