“Our group met at this charming, comfortable home for a family reunion. Charlemont is a quintessential New England town that offers gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor activities. We grew up close by, and skied Berkshire East, so it was fun to revisit the area. The host was happy to share her local knowledge and more than accommodating. We'd highly recommend staying at The Parsonage.”

“My 80 yr old mom had not been back to Vermont since 1996, and she loved every minute of our stay here.The farmhouse is quaint and charming and only 20 mins from town. The furniture and accommodations were terrific - my mom could not make it up the stairs, but she was delighted with how comfortable the couch was!This place is a fabulous getaway, and we could not have been happier.”

“Such a beautiful historic home tucked away in the country. Even though it was an old home, it was very clean and tastefully updated. It was minimally decorated so you could really take in the character of the house and it was even more spacious than pictured. We had all the appliances that we needed and more. The only downside was that some of the suggested activities in the area were closed down and could use updating. ”

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all. “OMG - this place is fantastic. An oasis of peace and quiet yet close to so many things - Albany Rep for theatre, 38 mins away, Saratoga - 38 min away, Bennington museums - 38 min away. Manchester VT - 38 min away. This house is so impeccably appointed and comfortable, you want for nothing. Add in the "see to the horizon" sight lines out your bedroom window and you know you are in heaven. You know the host cares for your comfort - she has even added a bit of magic to your stay”
